Ukrzaliznytsia has imposed restrictions on the use of diesel fuel in connection with the termination of the supply and critically low reserves. This is evidenced by copy of telegram dated February 22, signed by a member of the Board of UZ Ireneusz Wasilewski.
“In connection with the temporary cessation of the centralized delivery of DT to the regional branches obliged to take urgent measures to save fuel costs”, – the telegram.

“South-Western railway then informed about 181 tons of reserves, enough for one day, the situation is similar on the Odessa railroad. Prydniprovska Railways reported the stock they put out 310.3 tonnes (three days), Lviv Railways” – on reserve for two days.
