Parents need to ban concerts “destructive group” in Nizhny Novgorod

Родители требуют запретить концерты «деструктивных групп» в Нижнем Новгороде

In Nizhny Novgorod parents need to ban almost 20 concerts “destructive music group”. The list includes such bands as Animal Jazz, Monetochka, “Vulgar Molly”, “Husky”, Feduk, LJ, Little Big, Face, “Bread”, and Gone.Fludd, Within Temptation, Jah Khalib, Harvest, HammAli & Navai, The Hatters, Anacondaz and ATL. “Many performances are able to break mental health and lead to moral and intellectual degradation of not only children but also adult viewers”, — quotes the letter of a group of parents in six instances, “Kommersant-Volga region”.

In their opinion, in the lyrics “destructive groups” contain calls for violence, suicide, profanity, “hate to state practices.” For example, in the song of Moniecki “Every time” calls for antisocial and destructive behavior.

At the request of the parents the regional Ministry of education has sent appeals to the Prosecutor’s office and interior Ministry with a request to check the activities of the concert hall Milo concert hall where it was planned concerts of these groups.

In the office of the Commissioner for children’s rights in the Nizhny Novgorod region Margarita Ushakova stated that they had sent a letter to regional management of Rospotrebnadzora with the request to bring a concert hall to administrative responsibility under article 13.21 of the administrative code (“violation of the order of manufacture or distribution of products of mass media”).
