NABU questioned the former Deputy Mykola Martynenko

НАБУ допросило бывшего депутата Николая МартыненкоDetectives reported the need for multiple interviews.

National anti-corruption Bureau interrogated the former Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Mykola Martynenko. This was reported by his lawyer Petro Boyko.

Questioning of NABOO took place on 28 November, it was about testimony as a witness at the request of law enforcement authorities of the Czech Republic.

The questioning was not prolonged, the detectives NAB does not need to re-interrogation of the former Deputy.

Earlier, the lawyer, Martynenko said that his client has no plans to go in for questioning.

Martynenko is suspected of organizing two schemes for the plundering of 6.4 million euros in NAEK “Energoatom” and 17.2 million dollars in Westgate. In addition to criminal proceedings in Ukraine, the scheme Martynenko is being investigated by law enforcement agencies of the Czech Republic, Switzerland and Austria.
