The Ministry propose to entrust the sale of alcoholic beverages not only for professionals.
The Ministry of economic development proposes to simplify the retail sale of alcoholic beverages. The relevant draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers published on the website of the Ministry.
This document proposes to revoke Cabinet of Ministers resolution №854 dated 30 June 1996 on approval of regulations of retail trade by alcohol.
The authors believe that this will reduce the regulatory burden on business: to reduce the financial and time costs of the execution are out of date requirements.
The Ministry explained that the decision of 1996, unreasonably requires that the workers engaged in storage and sale of alcoholic beverages, had professional education or training.
In addition, now the documents on which the commercial network has received alcoholic beverages must contain the registration number of the certificate, though mandatory certification of alcoholic beverages were abolished in 2015.
