Most of the concerns about the use of chicken eggs is associated with their contained cholesterol. Indeed, in one egg contains over 200 mg of cholesterol. But in fact, when the absorption of egg cholesterol is balanced by the other component, lecithin, and does not harm the human body. At the same time, according to them, this product does not require excessive processing: just boiled egg preferably for health, so it is retained the maximum amount of nutrients.
